On Saturday November 13th at 10am, we are thrilled to have Louise Nelson teach for us again.

This is the perfect opportunity to learn from one of the mose talented artists in scrapbooking. Louise will spend this class introducing you to textured backgrounds. Perect for the intermediatte to advanced scrapper.

Guest Teacher - Kathie Link

On Saturday October 30th at 1.30pm, we are lucky enough to have Kathie Link Guest Teaching again.

In Kathie’s class we’ll be creating two double boys layouts. Yes, that’s right! Two doubles! Featuring BasicGrey’s Oliver range, these layouts are ideal for recording the rough and tumble of the young men in our lives. With a colour scheme of overalls-blue, fire-truck red and leapfrog green set against neutral backgrounds, the pages will suit any manner of action pictures. Kathie’s kept the design simple and playful so that the focus is firmly on the photos – one layout uses four and the other uses six.

Another new class for this month.

Another new class for this month.
This one is scheduled for this Saturday (23rd Oct) starting at 9:30 am.
It goes all day, but its highly possible we may finish early.

The class is a low intensity, fun class, using lots and lots of Glimmermist, Inks and beautiful embellishments.

The aim of the class is just to play with Glimmermist, mixing colors and being arty.
The result is a beautiful mini book ready to have photos placd inside it.

This Saturday morning, Steph is teaching this beautiful page at 10amAnd in the afternoon at 1.30pm, this beautiful page - there is both a girl and boy option for this page
An then next Thursday night, 21st October at 7pm, I will be doing two single pages in the Scrap The Girls class! This is a cheap and easy class ideal for beginners - materials will be only $10.50 with the sticker sheet being an optional extra!

Heather's Mini Tag Book Class

It's doesn't pay to have a day off!

I decided to have Monday off and leave Nat and Kathy in charge. Not a good idea, they rang me all excited to say that 10 boxes full of new stock had arrived and they had got it all unpacked and priced. Lucky me, its my job to data enter all the new items so they scan. So now to share with you what has arrived.

Most of our Prima flowers are here, and they are just beautiful. We also received our Jack and Jill print papers and matching embellishments.

We also received Tim Holtz perfect pearls mists. They work like glimmermist. Nat and I had a play with the Heirloom Gold and just loved the finish. The Mists come in 12 colours.

We also got a great collection of boys papers from Imaginisce called Dino Roar. It has the cutest Dinosaurs all over it.

The other range that arrived is from Making Memories and is called their Paper Reverie. We have received three of the ranges in this collection. One is in cream and Brown tones, the other one is in creams and blacks and the third is in silver and creams. All are just beautiful with embellishments to match, very classic.

At the bottom of one of the boxes were our Martha Stewart Punches. These are all new ones, and some are perfect for Christmas. We received some new punch around the page sets and some new deep edge punches.

So it must be time to pop into the store and have a look.

Breast Cancer Fundraiser SATURDAY

Good Morning

I hope that everyone is having a fabulous week.
The weather here in Adelaide has just been divine over the last 10 days and the forecast is looking good too! Time to get out in the sun and take lots of photos! :)

Saturday is our Breast Cancer Fundraiser Day in at the shop.

We would love for you to come and and join us and for a gold coin donation, create a double page layout which we will be donating to be
raffled off for a Girls Night In event.

All you have to do is bring your tools and show up!

The shop will supply your papers and a selection of embellishments and we want you to take an hour and put it all together!
Just re-create your favourite double page
that one of the teachers at the shop have
taught you previously!
It's that easy!
Wear something pink to support Breast Cancer and maybe bring a plate for morning or afternoon tea.

So come in any time between 10am and 4pm and help support Breast Cancer!

Scrap the Boys & Page Maps Sneak Peeks

Next Thursday night, October 7th, will be the monthly Scrap The Boys Class! Two single pages this month that are so very bright and cute! Spaces are limited so book in now!


On Monday October 11th at 7pm, we will be doing 3 page in one night!

The Page Maps class is super easy because I have done all the hard work for you - all you have to do is bring the photos and choose the papers to suit.
This class is perfectly designed for all levels of scrapbookers. I will assist you in choosing papers to match your photos and help you layout your page.
Each page can easily be turned into a double and they are really quite easy to do!

For this class, you will need to bring in the following ...
Page #1- 1 5x7' or 6x4' landscape photo
Page #2- 1 5x7' or 6x4' landscape photo
Page #3- 1 5x7' or 6x4' portrait photo
