All Day Scrap Information

 Hi Everyone.
Hope you all had a great weekend. Nat was teaching at a retreat over the weekend and I was in Brisbane doing master classes at Printblocks.
 Preparations for our All Day Scrap are nearly finished. The kits are done and all the door prizes are arriving this week. 300 sausage rolls are in the freezer and the soup is being made Wednesday. Meg and Julie are meeting tonight to plan the morning tea. It is going to be an amazing day and we are all very excited. There are a couple of things we need you to bring.
Please bring your basic scrapbooking kit.
This will need to  include
Double sided tapes and foam mounting tape.
Wet glue.
Craft knife and mat.
Paper piercer and mat.
Paper Trimmer
For other items needed I have listed them under each of the projects.
Below is some sneak peeks of the projects.
The order below is not how they will be taught on the day.
Baby Girl  or Baby Boy: 

 This is an altered art stand and you will be able to choose which one you want to do. We will have extra kits for sale if you want to do both.  For the baby girl one you will need a  2 x 3 1/2 inch photo and a rouge chalk ink pad. For the baby boy you will need a 2 x 3 inch photo and a french blue chalk ink pad.
Sharing the good times layout:

 For this layout you will be using Graphic 45 papers. You will need a Tim Holtz distress Vintage photo and a sponging block or a dark brown chalk ink pad. If you have a peeled paint  distress ink pad then please bring it. We will have some peeled paint ink pads to share if you don't. You will need a 3 1/3 x 5  1/2 inch photo and a 2 x 3 inch photo.
You Inspire Me:

 For this layout you will be using Simple Stories paper. You will need a Tim Holtz distress Vintage photo and a sponging block or a dark brown chalk ink pad. If you have a circle punch please bring it. You will need a 4 x 6 inch photo.
Keep Calm and Carry on:

This is a altered art project and will stand on a desk or table. You don't need a photo for this project. You will need a chestnut chalk ink pad for this project.

Other information you will need to know if you are a first timer
The All Day Scrap is held across the road in the Colonel Light Gardens United Church 560 Goodwood rd (on the corner of Aver Ave)
The church will be open from 9am and the shop at 8.30am. Please park in the church car park and not in the shop car park.  On the day you can visit the shop first, then wander over to the church at 9am.  We will be giving all attendees 25% discount off all stock in our store. We will have big sheets of paper on our tables, all you need to do is write your name on a sheet and put everything you would like to buy. Sam will put everything through the till for you and you can pay at lunch time or at the end of the day. Morning tea and lunch is included. We hope the day will finished around 4.30pm but please understand if if goes a little later. You can always come into the shop after the day and finish any of the project then.
Due to a few late cancellations we have 5 spare spots. If you would like to bring a friend or attend yourself then please ring the store and book in. You will need to pay in full. The shops phone number is 8277 1298.
