What you need to know if you are attending our 2021 All Day Scrap.

Hello Everyone

Here is the information for those attending our 2021 All Day Scrap. Remember we still have 10 spots left for anyone else wanting to join us. 

It is being held on Saturday 17th April at the Clovelly Park Memorial Hall, 16 York Avenue Clovelly Park. There is plenty of parking on site, but if you do need to park in the street, then make sure you follow any signs in regards to parking. 

The classes will start at 9am, but we will open the doors to the venue at 8am. This will give you time to find a seat and get sorted - so we can start on time. We have a full day planned so an early start means we will get quite a bit done.  Sorry for the early start for those having to travel from afar. 

You will have half a trestle table and will be seating on opposite sides and off set to the other person sharing your table.  Tables will be spread out in keeping with covid guidelines and we will have a covid marshal onsite. 

Everyone will receive their own  individual serving of morning tea and lunch. Meg, Julie and myself are all doing the cooking for the day, and we will be giving you a selection of our favorite sweets and savory treats.  Home made pasties and sausage rolls are already in the freezer. 

Karyn and myself are needing you to bring the following items and we also have a list of photo sizes if you are wanting to sort out your photos ready for the day. We are including quite a few items in your kits so you don't have to bring too much. I have a puppy training pad for each of you to use and disposable gloves so you don't get messy hands! Make sure you bring your own water bottle. 

Both of us need you to bring.

Paper trimmer, ruler in cm/inches (I will have some you can use), double sided tape, foam tape or squares, wet glue (gel glue or quick drying craft glue would be good) scissors, pencil, eraser, paper towel, baby wipes, paper awl, journaling pen.

Karyn is needing you to bring:

Mini Album: - scoring tool or bone folder, 1 inch circle punch, hole punch and six 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inch photos. 

Layout: - paint brushes, paint palate and a 4x6 inch portrait photo. 

Jane is needing you to bring:

Layout:- 3x3 inch, 5x7 inch and one 4x6 inch photo.  You can bring a mix of black/white and colour or all colour if your photos match the print papers. I have included an ink pad in your kit so you don't need to bring one of your own.

Canvas: -  2x 1 1/4 x 1 1/4 inch photos and 1x 2x2 inch photo. 

Hopefully you have most of the tools we need  you to bring - don't worry if you don't as I will bring extras of everything, if you need to loan an item on the day. 

Kate will be running our large "shop" for us (daughter number 4) and you will be able to shop though out the day. She will keep a running total for you and you can pay at the end of the day or at anytime you think you have stocked up enough. 

We have put a lot of planning into the day to make sure you enjoy yourself and it all goes smoothly and we are all looking forward to seeing you all on the day.
